Imo the real crime here is that this business is not just a pyramid that sells atrocious health products full of sucralose and way over priced relying on club members to purchase its products in the hopes of income.

The real crime is that its a gigantic front for money laundering.

Unfortunately this is something the fbi will need to investigate not bill ackman.

60% of their profits from latinos? A large portion from mexico?

Heres how it works.

You are a manager in a drug cartel in charge of many millions of dollars you must clean.

You start a nutrition club with a bunch of cartel guys as your first "customers". You use greed and intimidation to get others involved.

You give large amounts of cash to your nutrition club members so they can buy more product.

No one would ever in their life talk, because we all know what the cartel does to ppl who talk.

You think its a coincidence they found herbalife cards on some of the top bosses of the cartel a while back when they made a major arrest?

Theres no better way to launder money than this.

Operating in the us, they have to be more careful.

I have a herbalife "club" in my neighborhood though and lo and behold its run by a "former" criminal whos been to prison and has full sleeve tattoos with gang symbols.....

Herbalife "turned his life around"...

Lol i wonder how many ppl with criminal histories run nutrition clubs.

Thattta the angle they should go for.

The pyramid scheme? Well the market doesnt care yet because they dont care about morals they think hey a still legal but corrupt way to make money? Sign me up for that racket.

People love a good racket
