Thanks for your perspective.

I agree the OTC can be a joke at times.

This is my perspective.

Linkshare and Walmart are essentially intertwined, with both leading to revs for I-Texts. Saying that, I would take that you are suggesting I-Texts is the key.

You may be right, I will not claim to know.

IMO, if that were the only key, we would be running, as that cat has been let out of the bag so to say. While the affiliates with iText are impressive, I think there is a little more to it than I-Text.

The interest in I-Text is an asset of WNTR, therefore if Walmart and Linkshare's affiliation with I-Texts is key, some of WNTR's assets labeled a joke could be up for debate.

All I'm suggesting is I personally would rather chance a company with documented assets vs one without, especially so in OTC. At the least they are claiming to have something.

Many are waiting on AF's to validate assets.

Take another asset for example...

Greener Wind Solutions

Greener Wind Solutions represents Ming Yang in the United States.

http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/WNTR/news/WORLDWIDE-TO-ACQUIRE-PORTFOLIO-COMPANY?id=67540&b=y

Who is China Ming Yang?

Ming Yang Wind Power Group Limited ("Ming Yang") is the largest private wind turbine manufacturer in China and the fifth largest overall in the country.[1] Since 1 October 2010, the company is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

China Ming Yang Wind Power Group Ltd (NYSE: MY)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mingyang_Wind_Power

http://ir.mywind.com.cn/phoenix.zhtml?c=238508&p=irol-IRHome

This would somewhat explain the nearly $2 million in accounts receivables from China Ming Yang as per last Q filings.

NOTE 4-
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES AND OTHER ASSETS
"The Company has an account receivable due from China Ming Yang in the amount of $1,734,000"

http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=WNTR&id=120756

Considering Ludvik Holdings Inc. is under WNTR's umbrella, this is what it says to me... WNTR owns Ludvik Holdings Inc. , and Ludvik owns Green Wind Solutions.

WNTR could be the next MING YANG based off that asset alone.

Take another asset:

Pamlico Energy Park, LLC.

http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/WNTR/news/Worldwide-Provides-Shareholder-Update-on-Solar-Project?id=78547&b=y

Pamlico Energy would explain the affiliation with Solar City.

$500,000 in an account receivable related to Solar City.

http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=WNTR&id=120756

Solar City?

Solar City is an American provider of energy services to homeowners, businesses, and government/non-profit organizations. Among its primary services, the company designs, finances and installs solar energy systems, performs energy efficiency audits and retrofits and builds charging stations for electric vehicles. The company had more than 2,500 employees as of December 2012.

Another asset that may be, as it should be, currently underestimated:

The 40% stake in a Marcellus Shale property in Pa.

http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/WNTR/news/Worldwide-Completes-Five-Million-Dollar-Acquisition?id=74514&b=y

About Marcellus:

Dated, but somewhat informative about Erie / Crawford county Pa. area.

Different perspective:

IMO iTexts is just another great reason to take a position in WNTR. The "key" may still be under the mat.

As you said, "pennies are 99% fueled by potential", and WNTR seems to have plenty.

We are all speculating, and I appreciate your & other contributors perspective.

All the best.

WNTR

All opinions are.....opinions.
