Plain and simple~ straight to the point..... it's conversions. No ifs ,ands or buts about it. They need to raise the sp or it's gonna cost us shareholders dearly on the next issued shares for conversions.

Hoping it works out and wishing some would have listened over the last few months.

My opinions are just that......my opinions. Good luck to all investors/traders.
