Since CDEX has not an engineer, one must wonder, since they do not seem to need that expertise, then why do they need a scientist??
HECK they could probably hire the CAP'N to think up Imaginary Doo-Hickeys. And he could cite numerous web sites that can be said to show an extreme need for it!! He could quote numerous PHARM and Medico entities. Since he is not weighted down with the psychological need to be extremely truthful he would make a great addition to CDEX!!!

Engineers are paid to think, when what is needed are Dreamers, not Thinkers!! Thinkers might see the joke and delay stuff with questions!!! Not to mention befuddle the mind of the CEO just when what is needed is ASSURANCE!!
