Has anyone recently verified with the TA how many of the 3B shares have been issued. When I checked a few weeks ago, it was just short of 2.5B. Unless they have issued the remaining shares, I see no nefarious reason for a RS. Only positive vibes about it. However, if they have tapped out all 3B, I might think otherwise. Facts are what we need, not guesses.
