no one with half a brain cell is just gonna not show up. either reschedule, show up or forfeit as you put it...... although something tells me if he forfeited it would confirm he's guilty, so to me i dont think huffman will forfeit, i think he will keep rescheduling and then try to litigate his way into an "ignorance" plea of some kind...... after all, couldn't he blame the state of NV or the TA? its just one of those things.
