Just with Vince not disclosing the WI and NRI in the various leases he claims to have is securities fraud in of itself. Let along the extremely exaggerated PR's where he makes claims of oil produced and revenue generated as if PDGO has rights to it all and then on top of that uses numbers that are not even close to what turns out to be reality...

He turns quarts into barrel's that PDGO only has rights to a small part of and likely most if not all the expense of pumping it.
