Again I gave the explanation before and yet there is so much speculation going on here...The CEO de-listed the stock (hence straight to the grays and no announcement by NASDAQ)...you may think he is unaware of the potential repercussion...but alas remember he is being advised by his legal team...it was a genius move on his part and here is why...It allows for so called "shorts" (which it seems we all blame) to scramble and figure out how are they going to cover their positions...and it allows for a re-listing to NASDAQ news seem more enticing...along with the news of receivership of the vessel...hence shorts will not cover until this is back on NASDAQ (reason for extreme low volume today)...Thursday will be the day...so relax...NEWL has submitted paperwork to outline how they will remain listed on the exchange...and expect to get an update on the IR filing...once this opens back on NASDAQ...expect to see the reverse of the opening today due to short covering...to sum it up...it was a power play by NEWL...and nothing else...fear set in other wise this would have stayed exactly where it opened...sentiment was today's winfall...do your DD...this is far and away from a stock worthy of the greysheets due to it's fundamentals....no official notice from NASDAQ (form 25 not filed or announcement)...it's not rocket science, just basic tactics being exchanged backed and forth between NEWL and NASDAQ...trust me when I say the cards in NEWL's hands now...
