Awaken or Flex or any other experienced trader -

If I may bother you with a bit of noob question. I have been in UNGS since Jan of this year - currently have a little less than 4 mil and want to be long in UNGS. My shares are with Just2Trade and while they have been great for pinks in general, trading UNGS has been an issue with me. They have been telling me that they have physical shares with their clearing firm and those cannot be converted into electronic shares (which is only when they will allow me to trade UNGS) unless the DTC chills on UNGS go away including the deposit chill that UNGS has.

I have been trying to get in touch with the TA but have not had any response from Matt yet.

Can someone point me in the right direction here - I want to share some concrete information to my broker that will clear out the misunderstanding about the whole conversion of physical to electronic shares and allow me to add more UNGS on the way up.
