I thought YOU said that .18 was your selling point and now it's .20 LLOLs AND The other claim that was made here is that shorts are nakedly shorting an $.11/share stock. Give me a break. This current court case, is a dispute involving certain intellectual property rights wherein TMM, Inc. ( TMMI ) and Digital Focus, Inc. ( DFI ) (collectively Plaintiffs ) are suing Lawrence Panik, Dimension, Inc., Digital Focus Media, Inc. ( DFMI ), Bruce Hoyt, Lyman Hurd, and John Elton (collectively Defendants ) for: (1) Conversion; (2) Defamation of Title; (3) Misappropriation of Trade Secrets; (4) Intentional Interference with Contract; (5) Intentional Interference with Contract; and (6) Unfair Competition. TMMI' rights from the 1993 agreement were not extinguished by the 1996 agreement because the 1996 agreement was unrelated to the 1993 agreement!!. and how many market makers does TMMI have? NONE they're all working for Dimension,Inc!!.
