No, but the calculation period for this deal is when Company has 50mil in $$ trade volume. Since this deal (April 21st I think), we're at 27mil-ish $$ volume -- half way there, and PPS went from .01 to .0015, and we're only half done!
I'm afraid what the remaining "half" has in store. It may be in MTVX's (and our) best interest to just pay IR off when they can afford it and get them out of trading (dumping) this stock.
