MTVX ,the key here is ,dilution, finish dilution and this stock going to fly!!

Exactly... this Company has so much going for it: products, patents, distribution, etc.
It appears the calculation period is going to take too long and may ultimately ruin MTVX.

I don't know if the deal with IR can be re-negotiated (possibly somebody can enlighten me), but if they do make good $$$ on their Cerner deal [or get a nice $$ settlement with MonsterMoto] --- they should attempt to just pay IR off what is still owed them and bid them good riddance!

Then it should be "fly time!"
