NEWL, did 1 for 50 R/S on May and OS went to 10 M ( 500 M pre-split), then the Scam dumped 330 Million new shares before it did another 1 for 50 R/S on July 15 and OS went to 6 M. Now, OS might have exceeded 100 M ( go check its volumes), and keeping increasing.

The Scam going to dump to 500 Million shares, then do another 1 for 50 R/S.... then repeat again and again.

Never touch this Scam, or short it.
