The CEO had the right to voluntarily delist this to the OTC. Don't you get it yet...he did this for a reason just prior to the hearing. Once relisted on NASDAQ on Thursday after being on the fear of Gray market...what do think will happen to PPS...plus they are going to take receivership of ship in the next couple of days...it is confirmed that they have provided NASDAQ with a proposal to stay afloat...really...do some DD...look at the fundamentals of this company...far far far from a gray market stock...it was a genius move on the CEO part.
