I agree, the last PR made no sense to me. I thought VGPR was a distributor, not a manufacturer. With that said why are they doing a private placement to increase production? Shouldn't the manufacturer Biochar Now be doing that? If they have a deal in the works to acquire or own a share in the manufacturer they should wait until that is solidified before that last PR. As you said, it confuses people and look at the results. People are losing faith in them. I still own a ton of shares and that conference call will be a make or break for me.
