My point was, if the company is going buy back in the open maket it's good for them to buy at a lower price then wait till it goes up to a penny. I fully agree with you, people are waiting to see what is going to happen and then buy when it goes up to a penny. When the name change and the product release with the sales numbers are known then it would be a safe investment for quite a lot of people who are not buying now but sitting on the fence to make a move.
