25 plants allowed on a single parcel - stervc proved it - he did everyone a favor, called and confirmed - that is the law. He apparently believed that QEDN would just divide up their land and make additional parcels, working around the 25 plant limit.

Unfortunately for him and all of the other "investors" QEDN then posted picks of the "farm" - and proved that it is illegal - they did not divide into parcels, there are more than 25 plants, so according to the authority cited by stervc, it is an illegal operation.

Stervc, Emerald Med Farms is not "fine" - because they are not doing what you thought they were. Reality trumps wishful thinking, every time.
