My take is that many shareholders (myself at one time), were conned by an overly ambitious and deceitful individual with a background in construction named Cory Howden. A man who clearly has a history of scamming others in his previous occupations/construction management jobs, before he took over GEAR, as many of those victims have come forth on this board and contacted me privately.

Will GEAR rise again? I don't know, but I'm sure if Cory comes out of hiding and announces some fake acquisition of a useless mine and coordinates it with a pump&dump, it could spike the stock for a brief period. Fundamentally there is no evidence to support that this has been, or will ever be a legitimate company. History and character speak volumes with this stock.

I wish Cory would come out and just be transparent about his deceitful communication with shareholders and unsuccessful attempts to build a mining company, and maybe make an attempt to redirect the company elsewhere, or better yet, delist entirely.
