Corporation in its effort TO BECOME A FULLY REPORTING COMPANY.
We currently anticipate completing this process no later than
the end of the year. Upon the closing of our acquisition we will
retain an auditor as part of this process."

Repeat: NO REVERSE SPLIT.
UPLISTING(7/17 pr)= MEANS= FULLY REPORTING (NO REVERSE SPLIT AT ALL. CEO Donnell DID NOT say anything about Rev Split.
Rev split = is just a vicious rumor)

Just the little guys, they try to make you think that they
are MMs. That's all.
FACTS: Yesterday (7/21), the number of shorted shares was only
4,200,000. which is very small.
