I guess I don't understand flipping.

Stock goes to .0209 back down to the .015s. Thinking this is the low someone buys in. Stock goes down to the .012s. Do you flip? If so the PPS means what. Now some might have averaged down, but that means they were still holding their .015s. Assuming we only got to .015s, I'm guessing most didn't flip. Of course all of this is my opinion, but I think in this case the flip didn't work yet. Now I believe it will the pps will rise and all of those that bought at .015 will be happy soon.
