My guessing is, we wont see this going high until the next PR is put out. If the company's plan is to buy back shares from the open market as mentioned in their last news release. They would buy as much as they can when it's trading in the current level. Nobody it going to buy when its over a penny. Therefore, my opinion is once all the cheap shares are bought back it will be ready to go up to half a penny and then move slowly up to a penny level with the name change, and new product release.
