Reporting yes...but time frame for doing so is "grey" at best. In the bank, probably not. Commitment? Well, such a document could be signed, sealed and delivered to GRPR.

I do not see the sense of broadcasting such an agreement if none really exists. AND as we all know, ACTION speaks louder than words. But action takes a lot longer than word-processing an official document.

I believe the agreement is in place...does not preclude difficulties in making good on that agreement. Only time will tell. I am willing to wait.
