all anyone has to go on here is the news of a merger that is overdue (but they are always overdue) and the filings that indicate that they are actually working on it

now there is fear over the r/s

the window of opportunity here will be small at first due to uncertainty

news will most likely be released a day or 2 before the r/s
that means one killer day and then an r/s nosedive imo

as i see it there are 2 huge opportunities here-

buy now at .0001 and sell on merger news for a quick profit

then buy back on the r/s low and watch it fly once all the details of the new company are fully disclosed
