Have you ever eaten at a restaurant? You go online to opentable to make a reservation. You will see MANY bad reviews of perfectly good establishments. You will see good reviews as well. The bad ones are often people that had a single bad experience or simply ordered the wrong thing trying something new. Perhaps they got a poor waitress or the chef was a bit off that night. But that hardly implies that all the good reviews are lying.
In general, if you see a lot of good reviews you can throw out the most extreme ones and do the same with the bad ones. The true answer is somewhere in the middle.
What I am wondering is how you determined that this poor review was the honest review? Have you used the np-1 yourself? Have you seen its quality? How do you know that this particular user is not lying the same way you accuse the others of lying? I would be interested in hearing your thoughts...
