I did ask if ETEK was their client. Mr. Malone confirmed they ARE a client, but also said he did not make the June 30th week claim. I posted the complete email the day I received it, but for posterity's sake:

Mr. Malone,

I apologize for bothering you. You were quoted in a press release for Eco-Tek Worldwide confirming that your firm was working on the audit for Eco-Tek's 10-K and giving an estimate of "the week of June 30th." I will not hound you about when the 10k will be ready, but I would appreciate if you could at least confirm that Eco-Tek is your client?

I am an investor in Eco-Tek and anxious for the filings, but at this point I am just trying to confirm facts in previous press releases.
