The only issues i have with this stock is that they didnt say a word about the A/S increase until investors found out on there own. This to me should have been at least had a PR explaining that. Next is the 144b is for a year of restriction. Now that doesnt mean that in a yr those shares are coming back as dilution. They could but we need to know the restrictions of the shares to the people they give them to. What i see is that after they get everything in line and all the other things going after a yr or two we will see a R/S. With 10billion shares they will have to in the future if they want to keep going into better otc markets.
