From a technical perspective, BAC is looking good.

But from the appearances, it's more like a 'show' for public consumption. BAC is being pressured by the AG to pay higher penalties.

Hmm... isn't the money they can borrow available at almost 0% interest?

It sounds to me more like a 'tragi-comedy' staged as if they're being penalized for past 'sins'.
