I just spoke to my brokerage and I am with questrade, it is showing there on the OTC and on there end there should be no issues.
This will open up with bid and ask price, not sure yet what it is but there will be one.
They also said it was showing a halt but I thought that halt was ended however may be halted in the OTC yet. They were unsure of that as well if the halt was ended and was starting today or if this was another halt from OTC.
That's all I found out but hopefully opens up in the next 14 minutes.
