Yes but you posted 2 very important pieces of info..1 that your contacts say the site exists and 2 that Mr Ovadia mentioned the merger because I have been in two previous situations where both times the other company new nothing of a merger and they turned out to be a scam....so the fact the he confirmed there is going to be merger is huge
