Ahh crap! Well, thank you (and your wife), I don't know why I had 35million-ish in my head.
You're right, the $$volume early on was very good because of the higher PPS, and many more shares traded then too ... I bet it was the early numbers that I counted wrong (must've added an extra 10mil in there).

This looks awful, if I was MTVX -- if I received significant cash from the Cerner deal, I would attempt to illicit IR's cooperation in renegotiating to modify the deal, and outright pay them what's left that is owed. I don't know if that can even be done.
