Cowboy, I agree with you that Sandy lied to us. I don't like him either and he should go to jail. But don't you think that there is not too much CD left with the high trading volume in the last 3 months (about 20B)? I still believe this is about time for this stock to move(IMHO).

What Sandy lied to us:
- unchanged share Structure -> keep increasing no matter the O/S or the float
- high trading volume day but the pps not moving (Sandy's explanation: some people are flipping this stock but he never mentioned about the CD)
- the pps not moving even though a lot of buy orders executed (Sandy's explanation: Nake short selling)
- saying a buyback, filing the form4 to buy shares from the open market -> made all of us feel confident to buy in
- T/A gagged (Sandy's explanation: too many people keep calling the T/A to ask for the O/S)
It seems Sandy is the same "OLD" Sandy!

Good thing is:
Sandy filed the annual report (which is not necessary for a pink sheet stock) to let us know everything about this company.
