This CEO is not making management decisions for the benefit of you and all the other Koolaid drinkers on this board. He's making business decisions to grow his company and expand his markets for which he will benefit in the long run. You and the shareholders are on the trickle down. Don't lose site of that or you could get burned.

Not saying if he makes the right decisions that you and others won't benefit. Likely you will. You ought not lose perspective of that if it takes a turn south in tough economic conditions.

When the economy is lousy, small companies have a more difficult time making it.
