Financially positioned to be sold, therefore not a lot of cash to initiate a lot looking at the balance sheet from 1Q; cash position makes sense given the strategy! We know we have the goods, in fact, so much so that we may have surmised that we could achieve max monetization via our BOD and insider contacts.

I agree with your comments above.

I do trust that our Board can get this deal done and at the price they feel the company is worth. They have closed big deals before (e.g. Orange).

If the buyer turns out to be a very big company (500 type) then I'm certain that they will have the necessary Investment Banking Firm and PR team to handle the nitty gritty details.
