That's precisely what I'm saying. Years ago when I first traded in pennies I got pissed at my broker when trades went thru below my bid and I never got my bid filled...... So I kept them on the phone for a good hour until they broke and explained it to me. it's normally pre arranged trades. They have to record them , so we all see them but it doesn't affect the retail bids we all see on the L2.

My opinions are just that......my opinions. Good luck to all investors/traders.
