Yes I do. 1) private placement where investors purchase stock outside if the common market, directly from the company at predetermined prices. These shares would also carry a restriction meaning they could not be sold for a specific period of time.

The problem is nobody believes in NBRI enough to buy, let's say .10 stock restricted for a year based on evidence that the company will be mining and making money, creating value to the stock that would make the purchaser money.

All they can do is toxic funding where it doesn't matter how crappy the company is because each new payment is based on a discount to an already crappy stock price.

With all the "deep pockets" claiming to be here it surprises me why they don't do private placements with the company which would eliminate dilution and actually show just how confident they are I. The future of the company. It would protect from dilution. But, it's not done which means the level of belief in this company doesn't quite match the level of BS hype.
