They won't be on the Nasdaq for some time, if they can even qualify. To me, this is a golden opportunity. 4.40 is my adding spot because it's a market cap valuation of less then 35M. This shares outstanding is the smallest I've ever seen for a stock. This should be $6+ at the point EFOI is now. With the best lights in the industry at the best price, it's a matter of time before this explodes North. And with it's improved margins it doesn't take much to be profitable.
