I keep seeing how the O/S is only 9+m shares. Wasn't the outstanding following the RS just 6.3 million shares O/S. Does that mean that they have already diluted 50% since the RS? Am I seeing this right? I'm by no means a short, but why hasn't anyone mentioned this
