This is Henning Morales. The contents of this post are terribly inaccurate. Myself and my staff are doing everything in our power legally and otherwise to have this hurtful, damaging and untrue post deleted. In the meantime, Here are the facts.

My name is Henning Morales, CEO and co-founder of eWorld Companies, Inc., and THE Xperience, Inc. eWorld Companies, Inc. is a publicly traded company and has been in business for eight years. We produce high end entertainment industry events and TV Productions for broadcast and distribution on our proprietary Boomerang Media Station browser app. I attended New York University Business School and The University of San Diego Law School. I live with my four great children in southern California.



There have been an anonymous “spam” emails with multiple disparaging, unfounded claims against myself and some of my staff that you may or may not have not received. These claims have also found their way onto certain “message boards” and “chat rooms.” Somehow some of these sites have high search engine rankings and you may be exposed to these posts.



We have identified certain individuals behind this "anonymous" campaign and are taking appropriate action to put a stop to this conduct. These individuals are former business associates of the company who are now attempting to disrupt the company’s operations based on perceived personal grievances.



We also deem these communications to be the equivalent of unfounded spam which is being sent out to various people as unsolicited emails. Therefore we feel it is appropriate to notify you of these activities in the event that you were a recipient of this unsolicited spam or came across one of the “posts” containing these outrageous and defaming statements.



I have been on the board of two public companies during the better part of the last 12 years. Neither myself, nor the companies on which I have served as a board member, has ever been sanctioned by any regulatory body that regulate public companies during my tenure.



In addition, eWorld Companies, Inc. has been is a publicly traded for seven years and both the company and myself are in full compliance with the following entities that regulate public companies.



• State of Nevada Corporate Filings
• The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
• Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
• Continental Stock Transfer and Trust Company (Transfer Agent)
• NASDAQ Stock Market
• Depository Trust Company (DTC)



Myself, eWorld Companies, Inc., and its subsidiaries are also in full compliance with all United States State Attorneys General. Neither myself nor the company has ever received any State Attorney General complaints or sanctions. Nor have I, eWorld Companies, Inc, or is subsidiaries ever received any civil or criminal “harassment” complaints of any kind.



eWorld Companies, Inc. has always been proactive in addressing any concerns of shareholders, vendors, clients, sponsors and partners. The company has always been open and fair in its operations and communications. Only on very rare occasions has any matter involving a legitimate difference of opinion been referred to the legal department for review, and always subsequently resolved.



I am a high profile individual who organizes multiple public events involving many individuals, businesses and organizations. Unfortunately, this makes me an easy target for cyber graffiti and Internet Bullying.
