I would assume DDW plans on taking them private, looking at DDW they want the gold leases Sintek has in place. A R/S would not benefit the company if they have a legitimate buyout offer on the table for all outstanding shares. The fact that the PPS is sitting at .005 is telling me no one believes the offer is legitimate, except maybe DDW who is buying all the shares they can at .005. There are so many scenarios at this point, we just need some hard facts to come out in a PR.
