Try the off line installer

http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

Dissapointing they've gone back to 3rd party support. In the future

never accept their offer to install the "Ask Toolbar" which

has more holes in it than Tiger missed over the weekend.

If that doesn't work, Google 'Java 7.65 patch" lots of help there.
