Amended Statement of Ownership (sc 13g/a)

Looks like there was an error and the SEC required this amendment.

This statement in the 10-K tells me the relationship is past tense.

"In 2013, we raised $0 in new equity funding through the sale of common stock and preferred stock."

IMO, there is no longer Asher involvement.

If you have documentation to show otherwise, please serve it up for us, and thanks in advance.
