Badog, I dont know. JMO after spending a big part of my 61 yrs in the patch mostly on rigs. He could just be guessing but the specfic numbers he's comming up with, I think not.
There is really no such thing as a "tight hole" now days. Too many people comming and going on these offshore rigs.
As I say, just my take on him.
