I don’t think the patent status is as clear, as the more I look at this, I think it may be a year away. I think it will get granted, but that process seems so lethargic. Now, I do think this poses an interesting situation. The technology is legally protected now in key countries and those using it risk paying infringement monies and fines. I think we see revenues showing up internationally and soon. I can’t see any reputable company with a future in stem cells risk infringement to save paying fees to SVFC.
Besides that though, I think there are bigger partnerships/JV/equity interests looming that will be the major catalysts here and drive significant liquidity and resources into SFVC for the benefit of everyone with a stake here…
