Nothing's sinister here Power. It's plain and simple failure to perform. From what I surmise Mr Burkhardt spent too much time on his art work, became out of touch with past contacts and lost his zeal in being able to attract new business. As was mentioned in the 8-K, Jeff Devlin is acting as interim VP of sales for XA until they find a replacement for Mr. Burkhardt. Most likely they will be targeting a younger more aggressive individual to take over.
