Re: A possibility for rearrangement of existing older uranium delivery contracts.

Gentlemen,

As a current stock holder I congratulate you on a very well run company.

The current and future situation of uranium prices and availability, of course, offers a different world than some lean times in the past. I offer the following brief summary for consideration as a possibility in the voluntary redesigning your remaining older uranium delivery contracts.

Private notice could be given to the nuclear power facilities remaining with older contracts that Camaco, of course, will always honor their contracts. However you intend to offer the uranium production allotment currently being used by them for future contract on the open market at the expiration of their current contract with Camaco.

As a valued customer, you will first give them the option to redesign their current contract and extend it for the future. In return, you will give them (with your floor design) a discount of, perhaps, $3 per pound of the current price at time of delivery.

This will assure them of:
1. A future assured supply, which will become of paramount importance in the future.
2. A discounted price in the future in return for their willingness to redesign their contracts now.
3. The additional option to purchase up to 115% of their actual uranium needs for the building of a reserve supply.

This will help Camaco by:
1. Answering one of the major objections resulting in share price restrictions and putting Camaco immediately in the front of uranium companies realizing the current and future prices.
2. Make available additional immediate monies and funding for acquiring and developing even more uranium properties.
3. Doing so in a manner that is beneficial to current customers.

I remain a solid backer of Camaco, as many others, and offer this and any additional thoughts in appreciation of the excellent management you have already shown.
