I will try and break this down....

It is not up to me to validate WNTR's PR's, that is what AF's will begin to prove or disprove. Considering your tenure (member of iHub since 2006), I would have thought you were well aware of that, regarding WNTR, or any other non-marginal security.

What I have stated several times is, with WNTR, I am basing my investment on what has been documented in past tense verbiage such as has, did, have, completed, etc.

Hard to believe, but these are not "forward looking statements", instead are publicized documented statements that induces investing/trading, have been publicized for some time without retracting, that if untrue, is considered fraud and grounds for litigation.

In that regard, you either believe it or you do not, currently, I do.

Real answer is NO.

Have you disproved them? Real answer is also NO. Which means I will agree to disagree. Essentially you are suggesting take your word, or Frank's and I think I will take Frank's word for now considering the opposition.

What should be understood is, whatever the outcome of WNTR, I am responsible for my investments, and no one else, thanks anyway.

Frank has set a deadline for everyone to call his bluff, and fortunately it is only a few weeks away.

The company also confirmed that it intends to file its audited statements with the financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2014 on or before August 15, 2014.
