I also believe your right and that it bodes well for us.

Too many are making a big deal about hitting a price target. The board isn't foolish enough to hit a minimum price target. If there is going to be a RS, they will provide cushion to allow for a dip in price just for those that get spooked. And then there is always fluctuation. Need to have the cushion in order to maintain the targeted minimum price.

If they do enough of a RS to hit a minimum, then the entire board deserves to be replaced for being foolish.
