WNTR consummated the Marcellus Shale deal in Jan:2014. The company owns 40% of the property. 100% of that property was then valued at $13mm. Considering there has been no update, when we get one, it should be substantial.

With volume, WNTR is a day traders paradise, and has the tendency to trade like a p&d. However, she usually recovers. This is why we attract so many...... IMO once we exceed these levels, WNTR will be a lot less volatile.

Name change, AF's , 8'K's, being fully reporting, and overall more transparency will create stability. After certain milestones, I believe the nice catalysts, will arrive and we will have sustainability.


"Everyone who adds valuable perspective, be it favorable or critical, is considered and appreciated. However, the arbitrary fear mongering post made by some are clearly directed at novice traders/investors, as adept investors/traders do not waiver on another's perspective, especially so when a shared perspective seems erratic & lacks credibility. Adept Investors/traders usually rely on self confidence and their investment/trading strategies. Quite surprisingly they rarely need assistance from message board publications, rarely. It may be a good idea not to engage with those who do not add value to the discussion, as it only surrounds WNTR with negative sentiment, which may be the intent.

We should be trading at the least twice the current pps, and IMO, we will be soon.

In other news, seems the financials have been audited, and IMO, are most likely completed following GAAP standard framework.

The company also confirmed that it intends to file its audited statements with the financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2014 on or before August 15, 2014.

WNTR has 60 million dollars riding on the success of the audit and target acquisitions.

Sure there is opportunity for short term prosperity if you know what you are doing, and sometimes if you don't. However, if all is well, she's a keeper.

I suspect Q2 numbers to bring more value to WNTR.

It should be quite interesting to see the Green Fund portfolio. The make-up could & should provide a great deal of sustainability in the pps of the Green Fund divs.

Although I am invested in WNTR, I remain vigilant and unbiased.

One strategy I employ is:

I Try investing in companies not based on what they "expect, or plan to do" , but by what they have accomplished, and their current fundamentals. Currently , it is documented that WNTR has 31+ million in assets. While that is enough for me, they also have Q1 revs, spin-offs, & an experienced and somewhat satisfyingly transparent CEO.
