Sooo here's the thing. If the MTVX land and building were not in the original plan then that means they could be getting a lot of money in this deal. Not sure how much land they own but the Montgomery Ward building is just under 3 acres. So let's say they own 7 acres of land (Just a guess because I don't know for sure) plus the 3 with the building. That's 10 acres that APT owns. The article says that $110 million dollars were approved for the new subsidies that were not in the original plan. Of the additional subsidies that is 50 acres of total land. So If APT does in fact own 10 Acres of that land you would figure by paying equal dollar amount per acre then APT would get $22 Million!!! Can anybody else provide the exact acreage that APT owns?
