What other company has no board?

And why not bring in a real CEO to run Vitacig?
Instead, appoint a junkie with no business background?
Makes zero sense.

This is how I know that Vitacig spinoff has been cancelled (they never intended to go through with it) and Paul's re-locking up of shares is meant to placate shareholders, i.e. soothe the burn.

I wonder if that move will work to stem the red tide this week?
